Essence of Akeso founded by Sue Adlam works with clients one-to-one providing personalised support, integrating a wide range of holistic tools to support health and wellbeing. This includes naturopathic nutrition, lifestyle support, herbal medicine, aromatherapy, bodywork, coaching, functional testing and nutrigenomics.
Alongside this, Essence of Akeso creates bespoke aromatherapy products for individual clients and is working towards offering a retail product range in the future.
Sue specialises in gut, liver, and gallbladder health, microbiome analysis, persistent fatigue, and histamine intolerance.
